DIGITAL SIGNAL (D-SIGNAL) for Telecom & IT Co. is a private Libyan company with broad experience and history in system integration projects in Libya since Y2005. Today D-Signal is focusing on the provision of latest state of the art and innovative technology solutions related to Telecom Performance Monitoring, Revenue Assurance, Cyber Security, and, Digital Transformation as its contribution to develop Libya and sustain better easier digital life for all Libyans. The company has its roots from Signal Telecom & IT Systems which was established in Y2005 by a team of experienced professionals in telecom. Through the years, the company became one of the leading system integrators in Libya offering engineering and integration services of telecommunication and information technology products to customers in telecoms and oil and gas industry.

2008-2009
-Mellitah Oil & Gas B.V. (Oil Division-Libya):

2012-2013
-Mabruk Oil Operations: Vehicle Tracking System for company cars (Value: Yearly Rent: $120,000.00).
2016-2017
-Libyana (MNO): Provision of Technical Team on subcontract basis to install, configure, manage and commission of Gemalto/Thales Servers (Value: €20,000.00).
